This Copyright page explains the rights that apply to BlazeUpload, the platform materials we provide, and the files users upload or share through the service.
1. Platform materials
BlazeUpload, its interface, visual design, logos, text, software, workflows, documentation, and other platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Except as allowed by these terms or by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from platform materials without written permission.
2. User files
Users keep the rights they already have in files they upload. Uploading files does not transfer ownership to us. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights, licenses, permissions, and legal basis needed to upload, store, and share those files.
By uploading files, users grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, scan, moderate, preview, copy, transmit, deliver, troubleshoot, and support those files as part of operating the service.
3. Public links and downloads
A public link does not mean that a file is free to reuse, redistribute, or modify. Anyone who downloads or accesses a file is responsible for respecting copyright and other rights that may apply to that file.
We may disable access to files, folders, or links when we receive a valid copyright complaint, identify abuse, detect security risk, or determine that continued availability may violate our policies or legal obligations.
4. Trademarks and branding
BlazeUpload names, marks, logos, and brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
5. Third-party and open-source materials
The service may include third-party libraries, open-source software, provider integrations, or licensed assets. Those materials remain subject to their own notices, licenses, and terms.
6. Reporting infringement
If you believe material hosted through the service infringes your copyright, use the DMCA Policy for takedown notice requirements and submit the request through the Contact page.
